We won't have a regular meeting in June due to the Grand National Meet in Dearborn, but I am

pretty sure people get hungry in June anyhow--so let's

have lunch! This month we will return to a restaurant that

everyone seemed to like very much and which I missed

because my hair was too long. I'll get it cut ahead of time

this month! We will make a return visit on Saturday, June

23, to D'Angese's Trattoria and Cafe located at 566 White

Pond Drive, Akron, Ohio 44320. Their phone number is

234-678-3612. I believe there is more than one D'Angese's

location, so be sure to head for the one on White Pond

Drive in Akron.

They feature--SURPRISE!--Italian dishes and at our

previous visit the general consensus seemed to be that

everything on the menu was delicious. They share a large parking lot with several other businesses, so

if the weather cooperates we can even drive our old cars. Plan to arrive at 11:00 a.m. so we can beat

the noon rush. Hope to see you there!
